RETURNS

We want our customers to be 100% happy with their HOME THYME purchases. Therefore, we offer 14 day returns on all full priced items. We do not accept returns on sale items. If you change your mind we will happily exchange or issue you with a store credit (valid for 3 years) provided:

• Items are unused and in their original packaging
• Items are accompanied with original receipt or proof of purchase
• Any costs involved in returning products are at the purchasers expense
• Item/s are returned with in 14 days of receiving goods to: HOME THYME RETURNS - 138 Tongarra Road, Albion Park NSW 2527

If you change your mind, we will happily provide you with an exchange or credit note valid for 3 years.  

On the rare occasion you receive the wrong or damaged product, HOME THYME will replace your product where possible. Failing this , we will provide you with an exchange or refund. Item/s will need to be returned to HOME THYME.
