Returns & Refund Policy
At Home Thyme, we want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order on full-priced items.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you change your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit (valid for 3 months) provided that:
• Items are unused and in their original packaging
• Items are accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Any costs involved in returning products are at the purchaser's expense
• Item(s) are returned within 14 days of receiving the goods

Please note: Home Thyme does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where possible, Home Thyme will replace the product. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer an exchange, store credit or refund.
Items will need to be returned to Home Thyme and reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
