Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

All Home Thyme orders are delivered during normal business hours, and unfortunately carriers are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time.

We use a range of trusted shipping partners including (but not limited to):

• Australia Post
• Aramex (formerly Fastway)
• Couriers Please

The carrier used may vary depending on the size of the order and delivery location.


Shipping Costs

Home Thyme offers flat rate shipping of $9.95 Australia-wide.

This amount will be automatically added to your order during checkout.

In rare circumstances where delivery may result in unusually high freight charges (for example remote locations or island deliveries), Home Thyme reserves the right to contact the customer to discuss alternative shipping arrangements or cancel the order.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:

• NSW: 2–4 business days
• Interstate: 3–7 business days
• Remote locations: up to 10 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and peak periods.


Damaged Deliveries

Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect the package for any visible damage.

If you believe the parcel has been significantly damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, if your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
